Cancellation & Refunds: Online Courses
For Self-Placed Learning Courses:
If you not satisfied with the self-paced learning course you have bought online, you can raise refund request within 7 days of the purchase of the course. The Money back guarantee is null and void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content. If any refund request is raised beyond 7 days of purchasing the course, it will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For Instructor Led Training:
If you not satisfied with the Instructor-Led training course you have bought online, you can raise refund request within 7 days of the purchase of the course. The Money back guarantee is null and void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the course content or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day. If any refund request is raised beyond 7 days of purchasing the course, it will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
Sofocle Labs reserves the right to postpone/cancel a course, or change the location of a course because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
Refund request can be initiated by sending an email to info@sofoclelabs.com with details of the course bought and reasons for the cancelation or refund. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Sofocle.
Sofocle reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
